Our Poppy 600 SF ADU Model (Turnkey ADU – Poppy 600 SF) offers a 600 square foot footprint with a 1 bedroom and 1 bath configuration. By utilizing our customized cold-formed steel ADU construction methods we can provide low-cost alternatives. Our ADU’s come with a complete exterior structure (walls and roof) and windows and doors. Our Poppy 600 SF model includes interior drywall, and flooring bathroom, and kitchen cabinets. All this configuration is subject to the latest material update and final design approval.
The Poppy 600 SF ADU comes with complete cold-rolled steel framing; the complete Poppy 600 prefab ADU home with full finishing standards for interior and exterior is included. The foundation is based on the specific building site requirements, utility connections to the ADU building and appliances are not included in this cost.
